Watlow manufactures and designs custom industrial heaters, sensors and controllers for a variety of thermal applications. To complete this heavy workload, Watlow employs over 2,000 people, most of whom have 401k benefits.
JJS Design (working with Great-West) was asked to design a campaign to help inform Watlow employees about how to take advantage of their 401k benefits.
The metaphor, "finding a match," was applied to a sock theme to indicate how much easier it is to enroll in a Watlow 401k than to find the match to those mysteriously missing socks. The campaign featured an illustration that was digitally created by JJS Design and included posters, direct mailers and table tents that ran for one financial quarter.
The campaign exceeded the company's goal of heightening awareness about Watlow's 401k benefits and increasing enrollment.
